The minutes advertized for CiCi are the actual minutes you get for any number of calls. Long-distance service is provided by Canada's largest and most reputable supplier of prepaid calling cards, which serves approximately 70 % of the Canadian calling card market, and issues over one billion long distance minutes every month. CiCi can be used from anywhere in Canada. In areas with no local access number you can use toll-free access number - 1-866-312-5247 and you will get the same rate as with any local access number (no extra fees, online calling card only).

Guaranteed Time Phone Card

Guaranteed Time Calling Card guaranties delivery of all advertized minutes for any number of long distance calls. However, after the first minute calls are billed in blocks of 4 minutes (1 minute call is billed as 1 minute, 8 minutes call is billed as 8 minute, but 9 minutes call is billed as 12 minutes). We recommend using entire prepaid balance of Guaranteed Time calling card in a few days after the first call, or a 20¢ maintenance fee will be deducted from the remaining balance of your card every day after the first call (no fee until the first use). Good connection, clear voice, long distance service by Primus Telecommunications (one of the largest and most reliable alternative international communication carriers in North America). If call is not connected within 40 seconds, please press ## and dial your long distance number again, or first minute charge will be applied (4 minute charge if you wait over 2 minutes, etc).

First Choice Phone Card

First Choice is one of the best and most popular calling cards for multiple calls. Long distance service is provided by a small company, but the quality is uncompromised in any way. First Choice provides reliable connection, clear lines and offers the best real minutes among other cheap calling cards for most countries (best rates for Canada, United States, United Kingdom, Pakistan, India and many more). We have mostly (97%) positive feedback and only very few complaints. Main reason for complaints is 90 days expiry. Remember, unlike other no-fee phone cards, First Choice expires in 90 days after the fist use! Another potential problem is customer service, which is available only during the regular business hours (you may need to leave a message). Very similar to CiCi. Highly Recommended!

No Fees Phone Card

No Fees Calling card offers 100% accurate minute-by-minute billing and no fees of any kind. The minutes advertized are the actual minutes customers receive for any number of long distance or international calls. Service provided by Primus Telecommunications (one of the world’s largest and most reliable alternative communications carriers in Canada and the United States).

Unlike most other long distance calling cards, No Fees card expires only in 1 year (365 days) after the first use.

No Fees is an excellent calling card for any type of long distance or international calls, however if you plan to make longer calls and use entire prepaid balance in a few days, you may consider Guaranteed Time Calling Card. Guaranteed Time is the card from the same service provider, offers 20% better rates, guaranteed minutes, but with 4 minute billing increment and 20¢ daily fee (better value for longer calls).

Hello Hello Phone Card

Private label calling card with network service by Group of GoldLine (Canada's #1 provider of prepaid long distance calling service, same communication quality as CiCi, Gold, Good Call and many more calling cards). "Hello Hello" does not provide all advertized minutes, has lots of extra charges, but offers the best actual calling time for most countries. "Hello Hello" card is the most efficient when $2.50 balance is used for 1 or 2 calls. We recommend to use entire balance of the card within up to 7 days after the fist use (card expires in 7 days after the first use).
