We have mostly (97%) positive feedback and only very few complaints. Main reason for complaints is 90 days expiry. Another potential weak spot is the customer service, which is available only during the regular business hours. Very similar to CiCi. Highly Recommended!

Lyca Plan Phone Card

Lyca Plan provides accurate minute by minute billing with no extra fees of charges of any type. Only per-minute rate will be deducted from your prepaid calling card or plan for any number of calls. Long distance service is provided by Lycatel - one of the most well-known and reliable European calling card service providers. Lycatel proprietary platform provides the highest quality lines to many international destinations (the best for countries with common connection problems).

Lyca Plan Calling Card could be used as a regular calling card or as a prepaid calling plan. To place a call using a prepaid calling plan, you only need to dial access number and your destination long distance number (without using your Account PIN every time). Please note that you can setup Lyca Plan prepaid account without changing your regular long-distance service provider (i.e. Bell, Telus etc).

To setup Lyca Plan for PIN-less dialing you have to "Save your PIN" in your plan for your home and / or cell phone number. To save your PIN dial access number from your home or cellular phone, enter your "Account PIN" and press "#41" on your phone. Your home or cell phone Caller ID will be registered for your Lyca Plan, and in the future you will only need to dial access number and long distance destination number, without entering your account PIN every time. To add money on your Lyca Plan you have to purchase Top-Up voucher for a desired value, dial access number, press "*3" on your phone, and enter your Top-Up voucher PIN.

Guaranteed Time Phone Card

Guaranteed Time Calling Card guaranties delivery of all advertized minutes for any number of long distance calls. However, after the first minute calls are billed in blocks of 4 minutes (1 minute call is billed as 1 minute, 8 minutes call is billed as 8 minute, but 9 minutes call is billed as 12 minutes). We recommend using Guaranteed Time in a few days after the first call, or a 20¢ maintenance fee will be deducted from the remaining balance of your card every day after the first call (no fee until the first use). Talk Calling Cards are the most efficient if $5 calling card is used for 1 to 6 calls, or $2.50 calling card used for 1 to 3 calls. Africa Call Phone Card

Africa Call Calling Card is one of the latest prepaid phone cards from Group of Gold Line (Canada's largest and most reputable calling card service provider, supplier of CiCi, Gold and many other international phone cards). Africa Call card provides excellent quality and unbeatable minutes for most African and Middle East destinations. Africa Call is the most efficient if $2.50 prepaid balance is used for 1 or 2 calls or $5 balance is used for up to 4 calls. Africa Call phone card is also good for any number of short calls (under 3 minutes each). This may help you to check if other party is available for long telephone conversation.

SIFA Phone Card

SIFA prepaid international phone card has been around for more than 9 years and built a very good reputation. Similar to First Choice, except that SIFA is better used for long calls. SIFA calling card does not provide the exact rates and minutes as posted, however the actual minutes are very competitive and simply the best for many destinations. Unlike other fee-based prepaid calling cards, SIFA could be used for multiple calls (it simply delivers 80 to 60% of posted minutes for any number of calls). SIFA has no maintenance fee, so $20 calling card could be used over long period of time. Good connection, clear voice, many positive feedbacks, only few complaints. Customer service is available only during the regular business hours. Recommended.

Hi Phone Card is the most efficient if $2.50 card used for 1 or 2 calls or $5 card used for up to 4 calls. This card is also good for any number of short calls (under 3 minutes each). This feature may help you to check if other party is available for long telephone call.

20/20 Phone Card

For the last 9 years 20/20 phone card has kept one of the most competitive rates in the industry. Various service charges are not included in the rate and may decrease actual time to 70%-50% of posted time depending on the number and pattern of your calls. If used properly this card may be the best deal for calls to many countries with high per minute rates. Good connection, line and voice quality, very stable and reliable company-provider (GoldLine, same as for Gold and CiCi calling cards). To get the most from your phone card try to use $5 card for 1 or 2 calls or $10 card for 3-4 calls. Do not leave unused portion for many days; a daily fee of 30¢ applies.

Although 20-20 is a very popular calling card we recommend you to consider newer and better calling cards from the same service provider (GoldLine): Good Call, Africa Call, Ocho Rios, Globe Kababayan, or Hi Calling Card.

Freedom Phone Card

Freedom is a good prepaid international calling card for one a few long international calls. Freedom delivers 100% of announced minutes for any number of long distance calls, but imposes minimum first minute charge of 30¢ (regular posted rate applies minute by minute thereafter). Good connection, clear voice, long distance service by Primus Canada (very well known and reliable telecom). If call is not connected within 40 seconds, please press ## and dial your long distance number again, or 30¢ first minute charge may be applied. We do not recommend Freedom for short (1 to 30 minutes) calls to low-rate countries (Canada, USA, China, European Land Lines etc.). Freedom calling card could be used from anywhere in Canada. Premier Plus Phone Card

Premier Plus is especially good for multiple short calls. For long calls we recommend Freedom - phone card from the same service provider, but with better per-minute rates and minimum first minute charge of 50¢. Please note, if call is not connected within 40 seconds please hang up (or ##) and dial again. Premier Plus may deduct one minute from your balance if you wait too long.

Splash Phone Card

Splash is one of the most popular and "strongest" phone cards of 2009-2010. Released in September 2009. Estimated real time for a few calls is close to posted (50-60% of posted minutes). Good connection, clear voice, well-established and reliable company-provider (network services by Primus). Splash Calling Card is the most efficient if $10 calling card is used for not more than 10 calls (fewer – better). If call is not connected within 40 seconds, please press ## and dial your long distance number again, or service fee may be applied. Remember that daily maintenance fee of 12¢ reduce the balance of your calling card daily after the first use. We recommend using entire balance of your card in a few days after the first use.

Top Plus Phone Card

Top Plus is one of the most popular phone cards of 2007-2009. We have mostly positive feedback and many good reviews. Based on customers' reviews, the real minutes provided by this phone card is about 60-80% of posted time. FoneBuster Flat Phone Card

Very popular long distance calling card for any number of calls. Fonebuster Flat may not deliver all advertized minutes (due to 10% destination and one minute surcharge). Sangam Plus Phone Card

Card is especially good if entire balance is used for one continues call. The card is also good for any number of short calls (under 3 minutes each). This allows to check the quality of connection and if other party is available before the long phone call.

Good Time Phone Card

CiCi Euro Phone Card

The same CiCi Calling Card, but with better rates for Austria, Belgium, Zech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey and United Kingdom. Rates to most other destinations are the same as with regular CiCi calling card, but for some countries could be higher. We recommend CiCi Euro only for calls to listed above countries. CiCi Euro Calling Card has it's own list of access numbers and cannot be used with regular CiCi access number.
