First Choice is one of the best and most popular phone cards for multiple calls. Service is provided by a small company, but the quality is uncompromised in anyway. First Choice phone card provides reliable connection, clear lines and gives the best real minutes among the flat-rate calling cards for many destinations. We have mostly (97%) positive feedback and only very few complaints. The only potential weak spot is the customer service, which is available only during the regular business hours. Very similar to CiCi. Highly recommended.

Top Plus Phone Card

Top Plus is one of the most popular phone cards of 2007-2009. We have mostly positive feedback and many good reviews. Based on customers' reviews, the real minutes provided by this phone card is about 60-80% of posted time. Good connection, clear voice, well-established and reliable company-provider. Top Plus is the most efficient if $2.50 card used for 1 or 2 calls, $5 for 2-4, or $10 card for 4-8 calls. If call is not connected within 40 seconds, please press ## and dial your destination number again, or service fee may be applied.

20/20 Phone Card

For the last 8 years 20/20 phone card has kept one of the most competitive rates in the industry. Various service charges are not included in the rate and may decrease actual time to 70%-50% of posted time depending on the number and pattern of your calls. If used properly this card may be the best deal for calls to many countries with high per minute rates. Good connection, line and voice quality, very stable and reliable company-provider (GoldLine, same as for Gold and CiCi calling cards). To get the most from your phone card try to use $5 card for 1 or 2 calls or $10 card for 3-4 calls. Do not leave unused portion for many days; a daily fee of 30¢ applies. Although 20/20 phone card is very popular, we may suggest to consider Top Plus (Top Plus East, Top Plus ON, Top Plus West). You may get a better dial for your destination.

Phone Cards, which are best for a few calls, usually have the lowest rates. However, per-call service fees, applicable for every call, decrease the actual minutes, especially if multiple calls were made. We recommend these phone cards only when you plan to use $2.50 of the balance for 1 or 2 calls ($5 for 3-4 etc). If used properly, such phone cards are very efficient and may save up to 95% of regular call costs for calls to countries with high per minute rates. If you are new to calling cards or are not sure if cards with hidden charges will work good for your destination we recommend you to choose a phone card, which is recommended for multiple calls.

SIFA Phone Card

SIFA phone card has been around for more than 7 years and built a very good reputation. This phone card does not provide the exact rates and minutes as posted, however the actual minutes are very competitive and simply the best for many destinations. Good for a few or multiple long calls. Similar to First Choice, except that SIFA is better used for long calls. Good connection, clear voice, many positive feedbacks, only few complaints. Customer service is available only during the regular business hours. Recommended.

May 7, 2009. Top Plus Phone card announces the major decrease in inrenational calling rates. Rate to India now is 1.4¢/min. Rate to Pakistan is 3.9¢/min. Rate changes for many other countries. Please check the latest rate for your destination.

April 1, 2009. CiCi phone card decreases the rate to Pakistan to 18¢/min (land and mobile). Rate update for India, Iran, Philippines, Bolivia, Ghana, Sudan, Uganda and few other countries.

Phone card and calling card refer to the same product.

Different phone cards may work differently for calls to different countries (service from different providers).

For new or for casual customers we recommend phone cards, which are designed for multiple calls. These phone cards are CiCi, First Choice, Premier Plus and Gold phone cards.

Some phone cards may have hidden service and maintenance charges. For new or for casual users we recommend calling cards, which have no service or maintenance fees. These cards are CiCi phone card, First Choice phone card and Premier Plus phone card.

Many phone cards are best used with local city access numbers. Others could be used from anywhere in Canada or anywhere in Alberta, British Columbia, Ontario or Quebec.

When using rate-finder, always choose the nearest city you are calling from, so we can recommend only the phone cards which work best in your area.

Rates to overseas mobile phones are listed separately and higher for many overseas destinations.

Phone cards could be used for calls from mobile phone with no extra charges.

All no-fee phone cards (CiCi, First Choice, Premier Plus, Gold) as well as some phone cards with service fee (SIFA, 20/20, Top Plus) maintain competitive long distance rates for a lifetime.

However most of convenience store phone cards (Phone VISA, Treo's, Zen and many more) offer unbeatable rates only for the first few weeks after release, increasing the rates thereafter.
