Oasis Express by Bell has been officially discontinued. However, Oasis offers old, significantly below-market rates for some very expensive calling destinations (Zimbabwe & Mobile, Tunisia & Mobile, Palestine & Mobile, etc.) (rates not changed for the last 5 years). We only recommend Oasis for these countries. However, since card is discontinued, we are only able to get this card on retail terminal (PIN-by-PIN) price, therefore we have to charge 19% service fee for this card.     		•  When the face value of the card is not totally used, a service fee is applicable at the end of each call: the fee will amount to 39¢ for destinations with a per minute rate lower then 7¢ and 69¢ for all other destinations.

    		•  35¢ charge may apply when using payphone.
