Top Plus is one of the most popular phone cards of 2007-2009. We have mostly positive feedback and many good reviews. Based on customers' reviews, the real minutes provided by this phone card is about 60-80% of posted time. Good connection, clear voice, well-established and reliable company-provider (network services by Primus Canada). Top Plus is the most efficient if $2.50 card used for 1 or 2 calls, $5 for 2-4, or $10 card for 4-8 calls.

Cards are sold including tax. Minutes posted and announced are based upon face value and for comparative purposes only. The applicable fees, tax and individual calling patterns will affect actual minutes received: A service fee ranging from 0¢ to 15¢ applies and a network fee ranging from 0¢ to 60¢ also applies depending upon access number used, card denomination and length of call. A one minute surcharge applies. Usage based upon 1 minute increments. Calls can be made from Canada and U.S. only. A 25¢ per minute surcharge applies on calls made from the Northwest Tel territories and Alaska. A 5¢ per minute surcharge applies on calls made from the United States. Additional charges apply when using toll-free access or when calling overseas cellular/premium/audiotext services. A surcharge of 50¢ applies when using the toll free access number from a public payphone. We cannot be held responsible for disconnections which occur due to the quality of certain cellular/telephone networks. Liability limited to the value of the card only. A weekly maintenance fee of 25¢ applies.
Cards with $2.50 value expire in 60 days from first use. Cards with $5 value expire in 90 days from first use. Cards with $10 value expire in 180 days from first use.
