Talk Asia, Talk Middle East, Talk Africa and Talk Latin America international phone cards are the latest addition from Primus Telecommunications (one of the largest and most reliable alternative long distance carriers in North America). Talk Series Prepaid Calling Cards were released on December 24, 2010. Estimated real time for a few calls is about 60-70% of posted minutes. Good connection, clear voice, well-established and reliable company-provider (long distance services by Primus Telecommunications). Talk Calling Cards are the most efficient if $5 calling card is used for 1 to 6 calls, or $2.50 calling card used for 1 to 3 calls. Talks Series Prepaid International Phone Cards are not available in regular stores and could only be purchased online on Ontario Phone Cards website.

Callers receive local access rates when using the Rest of Canada/US toll free number (from outside a local access calling area).
Minutes advertised are based on same day usage of entire card value based on multiple calls made under 2 minutes from Canada within region of purchase. Billing is based on 2 minute increments after the first minute. For every 2 minutes of use or less after the first minute, customer shall be charged for the full 2 minutes. If intended use is NOT same day multiple calls, other products are available that may suit your needs.
If you choose to use this card for calls exceeding 2 minutes or over multiple days, the following charges apply and will affect the minutes you will achieve using this card.
An in-call network initialization charge of $0.10 will be applied to the 1st call
An in-call network access charge up to a maximum of $1.50 for $2.50 card and $1.75 for $5.00 card applies starting from the second minute of call depending on called destination.
An in-call network termination charge of up to a maximum of 20 percent applies to the rate per minute starting from the second minute of call.
A maximum daily maintenance fee of 20¢ for $2.50 card and 25¢ for $5.00 card cents applies.
Customer is responsible for the following potential charges:
Additional charge of 2¢/minute applies on calls placed through an 888 access number when a card is in the United States.
Additional charge of $0.50 applies for calls made through public payphones.
A disconnection may occur due to the quality of certain cellular or telephone networks beyond our control.
$0.25 per minute will apply when a card is used in area codes 867, 907, and northern BC Liabilities are limited to the value of the card only.
