Editorial Review:
Guaranteed Time Calling Card guaranties delivery of all advertized minutes for any number of long distance calls. However, after the first minute calls are billed in blocks of 4 minutes (1 minute call is billed as 1 minute, 8 minutes call is billed as 8 minute, but 9 minutes call is billed as 12 minutes). We recommend using entire prepaid balance of Guaranteed Time calling card in a few days after the first call, or a 20¢ maintenance fee will be deducted from the remaining balance of your card every day after the first call (no fee until the first use). Good connection, clear voice, long distance service by Primus Telecommunications (one of the largest and most reliable alternative international communication carriers in North America).
If call is not connected within 40 seconds, please press ## and dial your long distance number again, or first minute charge will be applied (4 minute charge if you wait over 2 minutes, etc).
Guaranteed Time phone card could be used from anywhere in Canada and continental United States. In areas with no local access you can use toll-free access numbers and you will get the same rate as with any local access number (no extra fees).
Guaranteed Time phone card is not available in regular stores and may only be purchased online on Ontario Phone Cards website.
