Premier Plus is one of the most popular and reliable calling cards for multiple cards. Like CiCi and First Choice, Premier Plus has 100% accurate minute-by-minute billing and no fees of any kind. Service provided by very well established and reliable telecom (network services by Primus Canada). Premier Plus is especially good for multiple short calls.
For longer calls we recommend Freedom - phone card from the same service provider, but with better per-minute rates and minimum first minute charge of 29¢. Please note, if call is not connected within 40 seconds please hang up (or ##) and dial again. Premier Plus may deduct one minute from your balance if you wait too long.

Callers receive local access rates when using the Rest of Canada/US toll free number (from outside a local access calling area).
A 25¢ per minute surcharge applies on calls made from the Northwest Tel territories and Alaska.
A 5¢ per minute surcharge applies on calls made from the United States.
A surcharge of 50¢ applies when using the toll free number from a public payphone.
Usage based upon one-minute increments. Calls may be rounded to the next subsequent full minute.
Card expires six (6) months from the date of purchase. Rates effective: February 27th, 2009.
