    		•  A minimum charge of 39¢ per call applies.

    		•  When the face value of the card is not totally used, a 20% billing fee, a 25% debiting fee and a 15% higher per minute rate (on calls made between 6PM and midnight, EST)) are applicable at the end of each call.

    		•  29¢ charge may apply when using payphone.
